"The hotel/motel seemed to be undergoing a transition from Comfort Inn to Quality Inn - (I don't know why, since both are part of the same chain). Anyway, they seemed to be fixing up and putting in new furniture. There was a great pile of old furniture in the parking lot behind my room.
I had chosen it because Comfort Inns, in my experience, are usually small hotels, which I prefer to motels, especially when traveling alone. However, this establishment definitely belongs in the motel category.
The two people at the front desk were helpful enough, I guess, but both had a rather vague and ditzy manner with customers."
